BALANCED DENTISTRY

Maintenance of proper dental balance is key to proper movement, biomechanics, and performance in horses. Equine dentistry is much more than just removal of sharp points!

Although the teeth and the rest of the body might not seem connected if you have never considered it, they are actually very inter-related based on myofascial connections (Myofascial Kinetic Lines) and acupuncture channels. Dr. Renschler first sought out training in equine dentistry to fix chronic body issues that could not be resolved with acupuncture/bodywork alone. She practices based on standards from International Association of Equine Dentistry (IAED) and is currently pursuing certification. â€‹
